I went to Lake Michigan the other day. Monday. I got buried in the sand. Before I got buried in the sand, I was throwing big rocks. I brought home some nice ones.

I swam. ( I do wish I had my goggles then.) It was fun. (I didn't even know I was going to get goggles soon.) We had to be shallow enough that we could put our arms down and use our arms to move while the rest of us was floating on top. There were lots of rocks. And waves. I liked throwing the rocks. Sometimes if I was deep enough, like in the 3 ft. area, the waves would go up and make it deeper. It went all the way down to about a centimeter like most lakes. And then it's not lake.

We also stayed for the sunset. Before the sunset, we liked to jump around in the lake and swim around in the lake. It's two hours away and I want to go back NOW.

I've been doing my running. I'm about 14 and 3/4 miles through. I still have 11.2 and a fourth to go. That's a long way. I ran on the trail once because the football players were playing and we couldn't do it on the track. I really liked running on the trail. We went further than a half mile, which is our normal way.

I got a new water bottle from Jon Brick. I also got some Larabars and protein bars and other bars. Some I didn't have. Larabars I already had but not the flavors. He also sent me socks. I wrote a thank you email the day after because he sent me a letter and I was so excited. Last Tuesday, I went to Goldfish swim school. They didn't have me go under water. The teacher said that since it was my first day there, they wouldn't put my head under water. That's where I got my goggles.

Today, I was helping Daddy. While I'm writing, Daddy's away with Sam at Home Depot. We're working under the floor of the house. We haven't put in the middle piece of sub-floor yet. I was helping with heat duct today.
