#35

I went to Aiden's house for five days.  I went and played and did clay, which was really fun.  I made a turtle and a dragon that had a balloon in it.  But then we had to stick a knife through, Aunt Joelyn did all of that, and the balloon popped.  Then we glazed them.  Aunt Joelyn is putting them in the kiln and cooking them so that they'll be waterproof.  And the glaze is waterproof.  Before you cook it, the clay is gray and afterwards, it's white.  If you want gray clay when it's kilned, then you have to glaze it gray.

We played with transformers.  They're a kind of big toy and they're so cute.  On optimist prime, you flip down the cab so it's like the back legs and feet.  Then the wheels pop out like wings only not all the way and the fists pop out.  Then a little head pops out the top.  If it's a truck and you crash it hard enough, which is kind of easy, the head pops out and sometimes the fists pop out.

Also, on Thursday I went to a car show.  It had lots of cool old cars.  There were at least two station wagons.  There were Corvettes.  It was really exciting.  When we got to the show, a car with a honeybee in the back windshield was yellow and black.  It had the engine in the back and a chevy symbol on the spare tire case which was next to the engine in the back.  The camera which I had died just when I got there died so I couldn't take a picture of that.  So I stole Mya's phone.  In the middle of the car show, I went and had ice cream.  I had bear claw, which was really good.  And Uncle Joe had chocolate sea salt in a bowl.

I had a day to do nothing.  It was the last day.  The last morning we watched more tv which was what we did on the last day.  We finished the first series which the last episode was part 1 and a cliffhanger.  I still really want to watch part 2.  It's "How to Train your Dragon."
